Everyone knows about sun screen (at least they should). What else can one do?

Well, for one - diet. Eating super fatty/greasy foods will give you breakouts/an oily complection...+ its bad for you..
Drink lots of water to keep your whole body hydrated
As far as face care goes, wash your face in the morning AND before you go to bed..
keep lotion on..all of your skin... including your face.. if you have oily skin they make lotions that dont have oil in them...
My best friend has oily skin, and we always figured that she shouldnt use mousterizers(i didnt spell that right, i know)..but when she started using mousterizers, her skin looked GREAT...
and eat a wide variety of fruits and veggies. theres certian vitamins and minerals that help your skin keep its natural beauty. Be sure to take a multi-vitamin for areas of your diet that might be lacking..

Moderated sun exposition and most clothing as possible including a hat...remember that a nice tan is not healthy but a response from your skin.

Wear a long sleeved t shirt, a hat and sunglasses and stay in the shade as much as possible

i love the big brimmed hats - and the long sleeve cotton shirt - men´s shirt - i love the classic white one. always keeps me from burning in summer.
