It's only because Cameron has suggested increasing taxes on flying.

Of course, this won't mean for a second that Brown will stop hiking taxes on everything. Got to pay for that...er...education somehow!

Let the Market drive the changes. When someone has to pay $5000 more for a Hybrid car and $5 more for a energy effecient bulb it hurts the poor. Laws will make it harder for those with little money.
