The topic which I would most like discussed in a campaign speech is, the allocation of lottery money, and a degree of responsibility attached to the allocation. There are many deserving causes in this country and abroad , which given a little money, might be able to help people who cannot help themselves. Some of the recipients here are more than able to help themselves, even to the point of getting money which should be directed to deserving causes.
