There is a little canister you can get at most music stores, I forget the name, but its about the size of a white out container, and it works awesomely. Kinda works like TurtleWax. It's about 8 bucks, but I swear its worth it. Or believe it or not, solid white toothpaste works pretty good too, because of the Titanium Dioxide. It HAS to be PLAIN WHITE toothpaste. And rinse with water till its all removed. Of course if the CD isnt scratched, you just want to clean it...I always just dab alcohol on my T- shirt( a smooth shirt, not textured), and wipe it from the inside out in a swirl-like "Chinese star" formation. I used to be a DJ for several years, and these techniques worked like a charm. Besides, CD's arent quite as delicate as you might think.

You must use a soft cloth and it's important to clean a CD or DVD from center to periphery.
