Someone who is very easily offended. Someone who you have to be careful of everything you say or do or else they will whine that you have been "mean" to them. Someone who will call in the PC cops because you said something that hurt their feelings. An easier description is a Liberal. Keep your eyes open for these people, they are the ones that cry the loudest when it affects them, but for some reason don't think the same "rules" apply to them. They are easy to spot.

Thin skinned means a person who is easily hurt. You have to be careful what you say around a thin skinned person so they are not offended by what you say.
