If you are sharp and intelligent and has aptitude in science ie., zoology, botany scroring above 90% in subjects, medical is advantagageous and have a bent of mind to serve people. On the contrary you are artistic mind and have a zeal to develop interior designing with mathematical knowledge and scroing 100% in maths from childhood, go for architecture. Both are good and the best depends upon your choice.

Depends on what you want.
I personally think that medicine is better. However, I've been through that school.
The hours and workload are much easier in architecture, but I find that helping and saving people to be very rewarding.

Best is dependent on your individual talent and interest. I mean it does you no good to go into something you have no talent for, nor interest in. You have to assess what you are good at, and strive to be the best at that.
