dear Atul you haven't mentioned ur basic qualification.The discipline in MBA should be based on the basic professional degree you are having already. If you are a plane graduate then go for the discipline of your choice and the subjects in which you can do the best.With a professional degree and MBA (Fin) you have a lot of apportunities.At the same time as medical professional with MBA (HR) you can grow big.

You should opt for human resource and as per your lliking.
but in my opinion i have seen HR Manager growing and they possess a very different personality to tackle the worst to worst situation.
