By the way cerebrum has two hemispheres, one for the left part and another for the right part. This part of the brain is the seat of intelligence, voluntary action and emotion.If the message is predominant for the emotion centre then the emotion gets the better of thinking, and if the thinking part predominates then there is hesitancy. In the event of both dominating, you are in two minds.

because our brain has two parts right & left
the left part has nothing right in it
and the right part has nothing left in it
so their is contradiction between the two
