Unfortunately yes, there is a climate change problem and if the government really wanted to help they would sort out public transport but they won't use the extra taxes for that its just another money making scheme.

I actually really care about the environment. I still think that HM Gov' is trying to rip us off with this one. More tax is all they understand.
I wonder at what point they will realise that they have crippled us all?
Why is there no real effort made to supply renewable fuel? No doubt, because it would be harder to justify the tax on it.

The goverment doesnt know any different. Their solution to everything is raise taxes.
Just look at the fact that they send a rocket into space to deal with space communications and called it bloody "Skynet"!!!!!!. (Terminator franchise)
