I've been a fan of Britney for years, like since I ws 12. That was 9 years ago. Even though I wouldn't admit it, I've followed all her media frenzy and changes. I just think the poor girl got pushed too far. I'll always be a fan, and I hope she gets better and is a good mother for her 2 babies. I've been through some of what she has, and I can't even imagine how hard it would be if I was under a microscope, constantly being followed and scrutinized. Broken hearts can happen to anyone. She just happened to be in the spotlight with unlimited resources to booze and other self-destructive stuff. So instead of making fun and tearing her down more, just shut up it you dont have anything nice to say!

Yes there are still fans. There must be because people are still talking about her.
I have been doing a lot of thinking about this. Does everyone realize that she is a industry in itself? You see her pictures all over the place in magazines, her face on TV in videos and on the news.
You are right to say she has been under a microscope. A lot of this was her doing in a sense that she is in the business to not only sell records but sell herself. This is the way it had started.
Now it had become a problem for her to the point that every little mistake she does has people cheering and cutting her down. Oh, the mighty has fallen. But who the hell put her there to begin with? We may all try to eck out a living but with her this is shoved into our faces how rich and famous she is.
Yes, she is human. Yes, she made the same mistakes other famous people have done (Jim Morrison, Janis Joplin, Grace Slick etc,etc,). She is in good company. She, however has a chance to recover from it.
So no, I will not put her down like I may have in the past. But I will realize that in the long run, she really does not matter in the grand scheme of things. I hate to say that I can not say anything nice about her because she has not been very nice lately. However, I will wish her well and God speed.

No, I've lost too much respect for her. Its not this whole rehab thing, its everything she did before that. She chose the life of a celebrity so I won't go around and say that being in the spotlight all the time is whats doing this. She likes attention and went to the extremes to get it. Her view on life is skewed and she needs to realize that she's a mother now and that IS her first role. Forget the album, forget the paparazzi, drugs, and alcohol...Sean and Jayden should be her life...and no her saying "My children are my life" does not count. She needs to get out there, jeans and a tshirt and play with her kids. Not walk around the park in a mini skirt and platform shoes looking like common street trash and smile at them because the tabloids are watching.
She thinks this is all one big game and that's why I am no longer a fan.

its kinda the same for me i didn't want to admit it but who can resists oops i did again..etc lol i love Britney and i agree, i know if every1 in the world constantly knew what i was doing I'd prob be more psycho then i am now lol. She is under a lot of pressure being a mum as well i hope her all the best!

i used to be. now the only thing i feel for her is mercy.but for everyone who was or still is her fan she always wiil be the princess of pop.i hope she gets better soon
