UCLA is playing in Sacramento at ARCO Arena (Home of the Sacramento Kings). Here is the Arena website: http://www.arcoarena.com/
It says that all the session tickets are sold out, but that you can go to the open practices for the teams for free.

You could try ticketmaster.com. Or if you want to be expensive E-bay is always good. Google a ticket website. But beware of scams.
