I have heard that those who have sex more frequently than others tend to look younger,is this true?

I think it's true. My partner goes away a lot, and when he isn't here I look old and tired, black bags under my eyes.
When he is here, we have sex often to make up for the rest of the time he is away. I look and feel better and my complexion is glowing.
I think it has to do with my happiness more than sex itself.
