Well im not a man, im female. I live in the US but i have relatives in Australia and all of them are Ford people. Only reason being because every holden they ever bought were lemons. One relative i knew had to replace a 1 yo commodore because it spun a bearing and holden wouldnt replace it. What customer service for you, seeing it was under warranty. Now Ford...thats a different story.
