Ok, i posted this same question yesterday but here it goes: i was listening to sirius radio and this song came on. There was weird electric organ music for a minuite or two, but when the song started it had these great upbeat riffs. It was almost defenatly a 70's song. Pissibly Blue oyster cult? I dont know. BEcause it sounded like the riffs from the begining of dont fear the reaper almost.

I noticed one thing with the singing: Before the awesome guitar riffs, the singer said something like "Youre my...brown eyed girl". Now i know he dident sing brown eyed girl but it rhymed with that kinda. Thanks for your help.

Okay so you already answered your question being as that the Blue Oyster Clut sang Don't Fear the Reaper. It might not be the same one as the newer version though since the lyrics looked different. Go to their website. www.blueoystercult.com

Brown eyed girl? Either Van Morrison, or The Black Sorrows did a cover, as did a few other bands

"Do you remember when...we use to sing...la la la la la la la...."
