okay so theres a couple and the guy wants a divorce, but the woman doesn't want to get a divorce.. umm and they haven't live together for almost 2 years...so whats going to happen to those couple.. are they just going to stay marry without loving each other.?? what happens if the guy wants to get remarried to someother girl, but the women that shes trying to divorce is still disagree for a divorce..? what happens now?

You need to consult a lawyer. I went through this same situation with my ex. After wasting 2 years of my time I went to "We The People" who help you do the paperwork and file it for you. I was told even if he did not sign the paperwork he would have to go before the judge and it would only take a couple more months to get the divorce through. You could try to get a legal seperation for a year then a divorce goes through I do believe. Good Luck

Sometimes, there is a way to force the issue. He should talk with her, seriously and politely. Then he should hire a lawyer. It may get ugly, but after a certain amount of time, he should be free. The lawyer will be able to define the law in that state, as it varies from place to place.

Get an attorney and go ahead and file for divorce. That will get you started and in front of a judge. That will really limit her ability to keep denying your efforts.
