Tonight I looked up something on the internet that has been happening to me and I read all the symptoms of bowel cancer and I have them all. Does that mean I could have bowel cancer. I am only 29.

You can only be certain by going to get a colonoscopy (I think thats how you spell it done)

Just because you have symptoms as outlined, does not mean that you have bowel cancer. However, if you have symptoms at all, you should go to see your local doctor, who can give you an informed opinion and send you for any necessary tests. The same symptoms can relate to a number of different illnesses ! A hangover and a brain tumour could both have "headache" as a symptom! Go to your doctor. :)

Only a dr can tell you for sure if you might have bowel cancer. What kind of symptoms are you having?
