People are never satisfied with what they have got - some feel the worlld owes them. What's happened to the days when people will greet each othe with a 'good morning' and a smile. Gone are those days.
I do except that different circumstances for different people. Don't get me wrong some people are just natuarally miserable and this has become apart of there lives.
Laughter is the key to a healthy heart and youthfulness. My mum is always laughing and at 56 she looks really good - as being miserable ages you much faster.
So my advice is to everyone smile and you'll see the response that you will get from other people. Life can be bad sometimes but a smile can make aload a differnce.

To be honest people just can not be grateful for what they have i mean, OK so what if your not rich, or pretty looking, who cares nobody only you, Its the way societal has become over the past few decades that unless you have everything you what your not happy, I mean, I'm not rich and far from it, I'm not in love and i don't even own my own place and yes there are morning were i would wish the world would open up and sallow me but then again there are days were there does seem to be allot of time to get everything done. I tend to be mellow most of the time but there does be sometimes that i would rather staying in bed all by myself and not do anything that mostly on the weekend after a few to many drinks.
People should be grateful for each breath dream laughter cry they have because they never know when its going to be there last. People should smile and believe in themselves for they are the only ones they will have when it comes to the end.
So people for the love of man kind Cheer UP!!!!!!!!!!!

It depends on where in world you are, but here in britain people are miserable all the time i think its just the way people are changing. I mean the weather is a major factor then theres the public transport and the traffic jams. People seem to rip people off all the time and you dont get what you pay for. Most people are only bothered about themselvesand you dont get any help whatsoever. If you ask someone for the time they look at you like you've pulled a knife out on them and if someone drops a purse and you hand it back they're offended like you made them drop it. To top it all of we've got the council tax , tv license and water rates to pay but you don't really get anything for the hundreds of pounds we pay each year. So thats why i think people are always miserable!!

because they are at home on their computers instead of out enjoying lives. Plus kids today are just spoiled brats, they didn't grow up during a time that we were faced with a common enemy e.g. WW2(nazis and japanese), cold war russia, etc. They don't know a real travesty so they join groups like greenpeace(who are more against corporations and the gov't than actually interested in planting trees), or PETA who are so vile as to compare the chickens and cows at slaughterhouses with the jews who were exterminated at death camps. So they follow lieing assholes like Gore, whos the biggest hypocrit there is.
So if a few of them actually die from slashing their wrists why they try to do their best impression of someone who actually has real problems (you know, ones a little bigger that jimmy didn't ask them to the dance), that I guess thats what Darwin was talking about.

Why?we have become very selfish. Not even our governments seem to care about our less privileged. Our help does not go beyond giving alms.We seem to be very proud and honoured when doing it.Call in the press people to come and see us give food to the poor. This is not the solution and it will not be .Show me how to fish instead of giving me the food.Food programme in Africa should be replaced with irrigation projects. This way people will be able to grow food all thro and have enough to export to the industrial west, and we wont hear of drought, hunger and deprivation in Africa, but who cares?all we hear of is food aid and they come with a battery of their press. The result of this one?Photos are beamed in the west, who end up pledging more food and the circle continues. We can call it vicious circle which will have no end.Look at Egypt a desert country which receives no meaningful rainfall, but yet it has utilized Nile waters to sustain herself with food.We hear of no hunger in this country. The same can be said of other countries.Somebody somewhere wants these people poor so that they can benefit.Who will save this world?Only God knows.

Because there are too many pressures in society to be "just so" People should not worry so much about materialistic things and concentrate on being nice and helpful to others. I must admit i feel sad about the way people treat each other, what ever happened to community spirit? How many people can honestly say they know their neighbours?

Its a proven fact .......That the modern way we live is creating more and more depression in people...........I answered a question last night...It asked...If you could wish for something , what would It be.....My answer was to go back to the 1950s & 60s.......Life was brilliant, even though people had little money......they were happy days..............Living with idiots running the goverment.......the colosal crime rate......the influx of none wanted people into the country......The interference with other countries affairs.....It just goes on & on.........Also there are that many laws now for pathetic things , soon wont be able to go outdoors without the fear of commiting a crime...........All I can say to this is............................I am glad at my age, that I wont have to put up with it for much longer.... i see the future as being a hellhole to live in........Not for me thanks.............And im not a depresive.......

There are some people who wallow in their own misery and there are others that do something positive.Ive had one hell of a traumatic life. When i was 26 two years ago i lost my husband, dad and nan in the same year.People often asked how i carried on after that.I chose to live,so i went back to university and had a career change.Others may have sunk into a life of despair.

The older that you get the more obvious it becomes that people in general are never happier than when they are miserable. They love to worry about things that years ago would have just caused them a few moments hesitation. Perhaps it is all down to the "global information" explosion that we suffer from that makes us want to compete with the rest of the world in our imagined traumas. One bit of advice is never worry about things that you can not change.

The emo era. Unfortunately it's become the cool thing to do the following:
Cut yourself
Be Bisexual (boys and girls)
talk about suicide.
Get mad at your parents for setting a curfew and then talk about how they've ruined your life
Blame everyone else for all your problems.
mtv made it cool by promoting bands like good charlotte, my chemical romance, and the used.
