my daughter is in trouble with the police over raicist comants that she didn't make we are also be harshed by the family that has made the clam and the girl witness is one of the harshers

Put them on a video.
Record them harassing you, do that for same time. Then go to the police with the video material u have recorded, and tell them that the truth is the opposite and that they r the ones who r harassing you and that they were lying the first time, but u didn't had any pruves.
Now u have the video, so they can see the truth.
Go 2 the police and ask them what sould u do.!!!
Don't let them see u recording them.

This will not go to court unless there is a reasonable likelihood of the case being proven. Magistrates are aware that racism is often found amongst the poorly educated, but they will see that this does not apply to your family. So go ahead and be a wintness in this crimal case, and say that you are be harshed by the family of harshers that have made the clam of raicist comants.

Has your daughter been formally charged with a crime? Do you have a lawyer for her and your family? Before any case goes to trial, you and anyone else involved with her will be questioned and if you have witnessed anything your statements will be taken. Even if you didn't witness anything, you will still be questioned regarding any alibi's your daughter might have. eg. Was she home with you when the comments were allegedly made?
