Definately sounds like a scan. They want your account number.....paypal is usually hooked up to your bank account and a credit card. Under no circumstances give anyone this information.
Anything that starts with you having to deposit any amount of money (even a small amount) to them in order to claim your prize is a scam.
They are just after your numbers .... identity theft is too common....and people fall for things like this, believing it's factual, which makes it easier for the scam artists.

Did you go to one of those sites that people on Y!A tell you how to make money? You need to change all your contact info and passwords. Do virus scans as well. You NEVER have to pay for ANY legitmate give away. Yes, it's a scam.

Sounds like a scam. Sounds like someone is trying to get ahold of your account number. Pretty common scam.
