sorry I can't give you any sites,
are you solving for perm and comb? You can use the calculator, look for nPr and nCr.
But if you want to find one look for Factorial, i think that would lead you. Perm and Com are based of factorial

u can definitely make one using any language or even with vb.
use the formulas for permutation and combination
ie
nPr = n!/(n-r)!
and
nCr = n!/((r)!*(n-r)!)
