Do some pushups, go for a run, listen to music you like loud, get out of the house, or reconnect with your home-life. Get off the internet for a long time after you read your answers. I get really sad when I stay online too much. Also- try catharthis. Yelling and screaming, beating pillows will sometimes release the sadness and allow you to laugh about it. Or take OTC diet pills that release serotonin, and St. Johns Wort! Totally natural, very much a happy-maker. And Yerba Mate tea. mmmmmood magic.

Depression is a very difficult thing to deal with and I know from years of experience. Try to find something or someone that makes you happy. It's difficult to focus when you are sad but you must. Try to keep yourself busy....

find out whats making you depressed. Once you find out what it is..change it. If its your hubby, let him know and tell him to change. If you are fat..go on a diet. Small steps thats all it takes. Things will look better once you get motivated enough to care. But the hardest part is admitting a problem. Also talk to your doctore..he/she may put you on meds to help you out

Depending on how depressed you are, my advice would be not to deal with it at all...let a professional deal with it, seek counseling and find out what the problem really is and talk , talk , talk, and when all else fails...talk, confide in someone before the problem escalates.

when u know tat u r getting depressed, DO NOT BE ALONE....
Hear to some good nice music, divert ur mind from the thing tat u were doing... go out, spend time wid friends... Do anything u want which would relax u....

go to the doctor and get help once your stuck in a rut it's hard to get back out please go to the doctor's or your gp because the worst it get's the less help your gonna want to recieve so go to the doctors or be depressed for the rest of your life cos without the help of anti depressants you won't come out of the rut your stuck in
