Oh you poor thing. I sympathise.
I don't think this really counts as Indian medicine, but I've been told that accupuncture can really help.
This is really a lot of migraines! Have you looked into ways to avoid migraines in the first place? And you should go to a western doctor just to check it is migraines and not anything else. Also, if you are taking paracetamol to deal with your migraines this can end up giving you a 'paracetamol headache', which you think is another migraine and you get into a cycle. It could also be caffeine withdrawal headache, if you get it on days you don't drink as much caffeine, like the weekend. Try cutting down gradually.
There's a theory that people have different levels of susceptibility to migraines and that there are many things that can trigger migraines. Some people may need 3 triggers to set off a migraine and others many more. Try keeping a diary of when you get migraines and match up to these triggers, then avoid them.
Alcohol (red wine)
Cheese
Chocolate (yep all the good things in life)
Missing meals
Stress
Neck or back pain possibly.
Marmite
Caffeine
Periods
There are more you'll find on www.themigrainetrust.org. You might not be sensitive to more than a few of these things, or it might require a lot of them (i.e period due, missing a meal and eating a lot of chocolate) to trigger the migraine.
There is western medicine available for preventing attacks or treating attacks. Your doctor could help with this. If you vomit too much to keep the painkillers and antivomit tablets down, tell the doctor and you can get other methods of absorbing the drug.
To deal with an attack I suggest a cool dark room, a cool wet cloth on the head, sleep. There's not much you can do, although the drugs help if you can get them in your system on time.
Good luck.

No I can not suggest a herbal medicine even though I am into that sort of medicine and help people with problems due to recommending those kinds, but I can tell you that Caffeine is something that causes Migraine headaches, don't have caffeine, but I do know someone that had migraines real bad and I told her to stay away from caffeine and she did now she does not get migraines anymore, plus she practices meditation this helps you relax, stress is another problem that makes you have those annoying migraines. Good Luck !

There is a traditional belief about this remedy in the northern hills of India.
Look at the sunrise through the sieve standing at the door. Done once it is supposed to remove the disease of migraine.
Apart from this homeopathic medicines help a lot.
1) Lachesis (for left sided pain)
2) Gelsemium (for right sided pain)
3) Sangunaria ( when it settles on right eye)
4) Spigelia (when pain settles on left eye)
there are many others...you can check at
www.abchomeopathy.com in their remedy finder
Also try to avoid the thing that causes you pain...such as remaining hungry, working overnight, anger etc.

Perhaps it's an allergic reaction. What do you eat or drink prior to a migrane. Chocolate, and tomatoes set off my migranes. Funny how the body works some times.
