So far I have 10 interviews, but none of them hire me. I work so hard in all my interviews. In all the interviews I thought I had a chance to be hire but they all come out disapointing. I feel that I need to know someone in the industry in order to get a job. Is that true??? Or I need to work more harder.

If you're being called in for interviews, then your resume is fine. Here's some things you could analyze:
1) Are you dressing appropriately, clean, organized, do you look professional?
2) Are you arriving on time, and being corteous with everyone you meet?
3) Do you do research about the company before going to your interview?
4) Are you sending Thank you notes or emails? Are you doing follow-up calls?
5) Do you present yourself as a "problem employee", by having issues such as schedule, wage, transportation, etc.?

There's much more that is important, I do recommend to do a little research online to find out what are some possible questions they may ask you at an interview. Overall, make sure, you look interested in the job, enthusiastic, not-shy, and willing to learn.

Good luck!

I think I know something that might work and you can try! Sense you have access to a computer you can look thew the used car adds on e-bay or where ever they have them on your computer and get the best good deals where you can get to them easy. and then put the good deals you got off your computer in you local penny saver or green sheet for three or four hundred dallors more! and if you get a call on one that wants to buy,you get yourself or borrow the money and get the car that you got from your computer and sell the car to the person who wanted it from the penny saver and keep doing that and you'll be the middle man makeing how ever good you are lots of money and you can try other things too! Well I tried! I hope I helped a little! TimT

Keep at it. It will happen. In the current economy, only the lazy and apathetic remain jobless.
