I have several phobias. Fear of spiders and insects,dark,stage,tangerines and the most important that I want to get rid of is my agoraphobia and fear of sun's light!

I have a phobia of lifts....this is because I got stuck somewhere when I was a kid...I have used hypnotherapy and it has helped but mostly I just avoid lifts!

Foam. My skin crawls just thinking about the stuff! I can't wear a red nose this year and my skin will be crawling just knowing that other people will be wearing them!

yes its me elbows i`d cut them of if i could .i try my best not to see the horrible pointy things because if i do a shudder goes through me whole body.i even think about them like they're a separate entity from the rest of me
