NO at present I am a Production Manager and am on call seems most of time..if nightshift have problems I have to sort out as well as working all day and am call at weekends..I love my job and the pay is good,but if you asked would I like a promotion I would say no!! enough is enough!!

No. My kids don't deserve to come home to an empty house with both of us working full time plus if you have the top job that means your there for more than 40 hours a week.

Depends on the job, what they wanted you to do, the pay, the location, how long it would take to get to work, the people i would be working with etc etc etc.

You need to think very carefully.

With 'TOP JOBS' the stress levels are normally very high

No, maybe if my kids were grown up but at the moment, my family will always come first. I couldn't sacrifice anymore of my time.
