I have hazel-brown eyes, and I want to know what are the best colors for my eyes. Can you also tell me what are good colors to make it look smoky and natural?

You've got great suggestions here already so i'll just add this one thing... my absolute favorite thing to do with my clients who had your eye color when creating a smoky eye was to use plum colors. Get a nice, rich plum shadow and a good quality angle brush, the thinner the brush, the better, and use the shadow as your liner. Use the brush to line your eyes with the shadow same as a pencil or liquid. (Run brush thru the powder, but don't forget to tap off excess before you line or you'll have plum flakes on your face everywhere.) Then you can use a small rounded shadow brush, a q-tip, or your finger if your in a bind, and lightly smudge the shadow for the smoky look. The plum is rich like black or grey would be, but in the light it looks gorgeous.

Greens and champagne shimmer colors will make your eyes pop.
If you want a smoky eye..you can do it with deeper shades of browns, or greens or charcoals.
A more natural look would be a butterbeige, champagne, sand, moss.
You can pretty much pull off anything. I have the same color eyes. If you want to bring out the golden hues in them, plums work beautifully.
