Grateful for any feedback on the www.simple2rent.co.uk website. What do you like and what would you like to change. It is totally free to use for landlords, agents and tenants. The best answer will get a feature on the website - either a property to let, or one you are urgently looking for.

I'm not looking to let a place, but thought the website was very easy to use. I would easily find a place to rent using this site.
I liked to 'equivalent to X amount per week' in the rent price, this would help budgetting tenants.
One thing I would like to see is measurements of the main rooms (kitchen being the most important in my opinion).
If I was a landlord, I would happily post my properties on there - and free to use - bonus!

the web site is simple but honestly boring.. i didnt know where to look first, when designing a site you have to remember the right to left looking.. your eye is automatically drawn to look to the right then left and you have nothing there to catch my attention.. also you have to make the main objective stand out.. example if you want people to register then make it flashy moving spinning around so no one can miss it...dont need anything free just a web designer giving her opinion! hope it helps! :)

It looks just fine - good content presented clearly with no adverts & no multi-media 'Flash' crap ...
How do you make any money (I hope you are not selling the landlords Contact eMail addresses ??)
