can i sit in the campus placements ,when i have 59% in 12th,as all companies have 60% criteria?

having 59%in 12th i m very tensed as all companies coming to our cllg have mandatory 60% criteria,i have 86%,and 65%in my 10th and engg.what should i say to the HR evenif i clear the written and technical by writing 60% in my resume?
