Peter Abbay once played The Banker on Deal or No Deal. After seeing a photo of his face from Punk'd season 5, I realized he no longer plays him. The new Banker has glasses and a different silhouette.

Obviously a little dark, but a different guy. Note the glasses. Anyway, just watch the new eps, Peter Abbay with that slant nose of his is clearly not up there anymore.

I once heard Noel talking on Ross radio show and he said they film three a day, put people up in a hotel and every night it is one big drink of happiness or commiseration depending on out come of shows that day. he also said yes there is a real Banker and he is kept a huge secret and he is some sort of accountant but even he does not know who it is and did not want to as it would spoil the show for him. EDIT: He is like the Stig off Top Gear noone knows ha ha perhaps it is the STIG!!!
