President Bush looks and thinks like a chimp according to many Americans. Thus, they make him appear as a chimp.

Bush is not as intelligent as a chimp but he is
chimp like in his statements that are provided to him by committee.
His independent thought is that of an immature chimp; his
appeal is that of a trained primate without a wide repertoire.
Cheney, Rumsfeld, and Karl Rove have been the brains behind the evil policies that Bush and Rice and others have delivered to the USA public, and the world.
