Why is that when you get a group of straight men together, you can bet that one will make a "gay joke" during the night, then all will laugh and think they are bigger men.
Why do straight blokes do this?

Ego validation, alpha male 'virility', attention, they try to impress other straight guys in the 'pack' and the think they are more masculine than gay men because they stick their willies in wet, slimy beaver instead of smooth, velvety man-hole.

Straight Blokes

Because most of the guys telling those jokes are not straight, why else do they always have penis's on their minds?

I'm a straight guy, & I see this all the time, it annoys the hell out of me. Mostly because, these type of guys tend to be either gay, bisexual, or sexually confused, but pretend & convince people their straight & make fun of gay people, or call YOU gay when your straight, & always talk about gay sh*t. To me, a true straight person isn't gonna have gay sh*t on his mind every time he's around a bunch of guys. Two guys at my job are exactly like this.

It annoys me when people don't just be who they really are, & instead will do just about anything to fake their lives, even make fun of other people who are actually just like them. They need to stop the bullsh*t and get the f*ck out of the closet. It usually takes them going to jail and dropping the soap to really be who they are. But even then they'll just say, "oh, there's no women around so I was forced to have sex with that guy." Riiiight.

Nota LGBT - "A joke is a joke. Nothing more." Right, so you believe that no one on Earth tells jokes that are more than it is? A joke is just a joke sometimes, however, when a person always focus's on one type of joke, like black people jokes, clearly their a bit racist minded. Why else would their pattern of jokes be about the same offensive subject matter? Some people tell jokes like this for so long that they don't even realise it themselves. Maye YOU tell jokes that are just jokes, but don't sit there and claim that EVERYONE's jokes are harmless.

I could turn the question around and ask why gay folks do it but... why bother? The real question what makes any one set do it? There's no sense in it from either side. I'm straight and I -don't- do it and I have no problem telling my other friends I don't appriciate jokes like that. Degrading someone else isn't funny to me.

A joke is a joke. Nothing more.

I have, more times that I can count, made impromptu jokes about myself, my family, my friends, things I do, etc. I don't mind making fun of myself, as everyone I tell them to, laughs WITH me, and not AT me.

I have one standing joke, when I meet people, that makes fun of me, AND my family name. However, it is funny. I tell people about it all the time, and they think it is funny.

I have done some silly stuff in my lifetime. I enjoy sharing these stories with people, who will bring them up occasionally, all in the light of humor. I don't mind, it brightens my (and their) day.

People need to lighten up a bit, really.

I don't know. They might find it interesting or 'cool' to make jokes about it. My friends are nice people, but almost every day (during break) one of them makes a gay joke. Ok, I can laugh about it, but it happens too often. When I finally get sick of it I tell them I don't appreciate it any longer. Or I tell them, why don't you join me to a gaybar. (cause sometimes they act like they are gay, but they aren't) (I want to see them shrink when they would defenitely join me to such a bar, hahaha)

Groups of gay men crack jokes about straight dudes, and many are convinced that they can "seduce" a guy simply by getting him drunk. At the end of the day, guys are guys, whether gay or straight.
