This answer is relative. 3 could be too much for some ppl..while for some others 10 ould be the figure. According to me, the point is how quickly u resolve it. Fights are integral parts of married life. But both, husband and wife should proactively try to resolve the issues at the earliest. If its a fight for egos..then boss..theres a problem. If any one one of u randomly admit ur mistakes and leave the fights behind..then any number of fights in a week wud do...now u decide..how much is right for u...
best luck..

if you are fighting more than once or twice a week and you're fighting over small petty things then you should take a long hard look at your marriage. life is too short to always bicker with your partner so talk about it and find out why you guys always fight there might be a reason deep down that one person is trying to push the other to leave

i feel man needs piece of mind when he returns home after a days work and then he finds there is a fight between the two his heart breaks as far as possible there are some small fights occure in some families but it should be resolved by the two of them or the marriage is in a great trouble try to solve problems and be happy.

It depends...what are you fighting about and how often? If these arguments are over small things that can be fixed then I wouldn't really consider it to be a big deal. If these fights are all out down and dirty brawls with screaming and swearing then maybe you and your partner would benefit from some counseling, to maybe help ease the tension and compromise?

Any. You don't need to fight. You can state your point calmly and clearly and if you respect each other, you should listen. Without screaming, shouting, hitting, etc etc.
Saying that, we all fall down. But keepit to a miniumum. Aim for once in six months.
