I have a USB cable and the disk to transfer pics, music etc to the computer and from computer to phone. Im having trouble though installing it. I installed disk and it say connect usb cable, so i do and it says it should elapse within 13seconds but it just carrys on i waited till 547 on friday. Any help?

You have 2 USB ports - maybe you connected it to the wrong one - you should connect it to USB2 and the timer should stop as soon as it is connected

The interface between the pc and phone is quite frankly crap. I have an e900 myself and it couldnt find the phone. You could try and switch usb ports that worked for me. Also what i did was went to the samsung website and downloaded t.he software directly. Its the most upto date. When you have got the phone to connect you need to go select file transfer then do a search for music when you find them click on the track and select phone at the top of the screen and the track will transfer.

Check your phone is switched on, check the usb port works, or try reinstalling. You might even have a dodgy cable, but if it still doesn't work you should go back to the shop where you bought it and ask them what you should do.

Maybe the driver is too old, try the new driver.
