A Turkish Tale, after sex prop your feet up against the wall for about 15 minutes. This is said to keep the little sperms swimming up the canal. Worked for us!

Have unprotected sex from around day 9 to day 16 of your cycle. Try to orgasm when you are trying that way the cervix is dipped into the sperm pool. Relax don't put pressure on yourself it doesn't help. To help with the sperm part, have your partner wear loose fitting underwear, give his testicles cool water baths, and it sounds wierd but have him masterbate before you you have sex, this is said to remove older sperm cells so you have "fresher" ones.
