Lets say there's a boy who enjoys fixing toilets. He does well at school & gains entry points to med school. What should he do?

Fix the hoppers. If it's what you enjoy, go for it. Why be miserable in a job because you happen to get good grades? One thing I learned about this life a long time ago... if you're not happy with whatever you do, eventually you will be lousy at it anyway. Please, we don't need miserable docs.

he did well in school..that should be enough to gain entry points to med school. what does fixing toilets have to do with this? unless you're constructing your own resume, you can put that under "other skills"...

otherwise, he can enjoy both worlds by doing 'pipes' at the morgue...

Become a plumber, and open his own business...because he's intelligent enough to attend med. school, he will do very well as a business owner, maybe eventually be able to start a corporation in the plumbing industry...
