Are black people smarter?

A Swedish new way of messuring IQ and EQ (they prefer to call it IEQ. When they combined all elements of friendship, fairness and Intelligense they found that the blacks where far greater then the rest. What conclutions do we draw from this? Next US president =Black?

Apparently you've never read the bestselling book The Bell Curve by Richard J. Herrnstein and Charles Murray. The authors make the controversial claim that blacks, on average, are less innately intelligent than whites and Asians.

Besides, they don't have African-Americans in Sweden...

I am not sure you realize it, but you are being racist.
Can you imagine if someone came up to you and said, "I think white people are smarter than black people" What would you think? I think some black people are smarter than some white people, and vica versa, but you cannot make broad generalizations.
The truth is that if you read a lot and study, you will be smart regardless of skin color.

any blacks crossing the border get savagely beaten with a frozen moose leg.if he comes back,he's considered pretty effin stupid.
