hi, i live in Southeast Asia (Malaysia) and i am wondering why the cartoon network in Southeast Asia isn't the same as the one in the United States. Please tell me why?

Well there ARE some regions in Southeast Asia where some of the programs may be deemed "offensive".
I'd bet that it's more like:
There's Marketing and Licensing considerations to consider when programming goes international. It really is MUCH more complicated than one would expect.
