I used 2 open folders by double clicking them.. now suddenly the folders r opening lightning fast with just one click..then if i try to high lite one word it high lites the whole paragraph.. if i click one web link it opens like a dozen .. is my mouse out of order or is it some kind of virus ? ( it happened after i downloaded some movies from Lime wire..) PLEASE HELP..

If you don't have any anti-virus software, you should scan a.s.a.p. Go to http://onecare.live.com/site/en-us/default.htm and press Protection. This is a free software from Microsoft.

go to the folder option in control panel and general tab
use double click to open..... but not single click

why dont u jus try to shut ur pc down, unplug ur mouse and then plug it back on and restart or if u have a wireless one check the batteries on it and then restart ur pc and see if that helps ??
