probably they place the yellow signs in the areas that deers frequently cross and also this sign is not placed for the deers but for the drivers to slow down;)~

Thats very funny but just in case you are not joking they put the signs where the deers cross not the other way. The deer trails are obvious and they know where to put the signs

When there's no one looking, a bear wearing a fluorescent jacket runs out, holds up a 'cars - stop' sign, and the deer run across.
