i have all attractive geaytures like beautifuleyes and rosie lips but my friends do admitt and there is this thing particularly missing.pls help.

Unless it's been broken and was never set properly chances are your nose is not a taking away from your face. It may not look like a super model's but that means nothing. Having a skinny, small, just-round-enough nose will look very funny on most faces.
In any event the shape of your nose is determined by the bone and cartilage inside it. That cannot be changed without physically cutting into it and removing or adding to it. There is no "natural" or homeopathic way. There are no products to change bone structure.
Just in case you are that person: Do not try such a feat yourself. Only a surgeon should ever cut into your body and add or remove things to it.

I have heard of getting fillers like restylane put into the nose to make it look straighter. It is not surgery but it is an injection. It lasts about 6 months and costs a few hundred dollars.
