I remember being sooo tired all the time. I was lucky enough not to have the morning sickness. I found out 5 days before my missed period just because I had the feeling I was pregnant.

I was 5.5 months pregnant with my first child before I found out I was pregnant. :) NOT that I'm PROUD of that... but it is a rather "funny" story looking back on it - thank God she was happy and healthy at birth. I went without periods but I have a condition that causes infertility so going without periods was nothing new to me. I didn't start thinking I might be pregnant until I started feeling movements in my tummy while laying in bed at night. The next morning I bought a test and sure enough, it was positive. It was a crazy time in my life as we had been trying to conceive a child for seven years and had used fertility medications but we thought they didn't work.... we were wrong!

My second pregnancy I found out when I was 3 months pregnant, a litlte better. I started noticing some of the same things I noticed with my first pregnancy but never knew then they were signs of pregnancy - tender/sore breats & darkening of the area around the nipple. Took a test and ..yep, pregnant.

I guess you could consider me lucky or unlucky, whichever way you want to look at it...... I never experienced morning sickness with either pregnancy..... but if I *had*, maybe I would have known sooner I was pregnant???

In closing..... I'd like to add that I take a pregnancy test about once a month now, just to be safe. You never know. :)

i vomitted till the 4th month and lost all appetite. i'd a crave for certain food like crabs which i didn't fancy before and loved cold Coke. I detested the smell of burning oil. Watermelon made me bleed. There was no nausea but the foetus was too small to be detected and the doctor told me it was fybroid! I was miserable and cried a lot. i llost weight and needed injections to supply the nutritions for my baby. My second pregnancy was almost the same except in food preference; i could finish a box of chocolates and was more cheerful and loved to sing. Again there was threatened abortion through weak health. But my third pregnancy was very normal and healthy and i craved for Sharksfin soup! Every child is different.

When I would put my makeup on in front of the bathroom mirror, my lower abdomen pressing against the sink, I could feel a distinct round, hard bump, this was very early, perhaps 6-8 weeks. I also was nauseous, but in the evenings and I didn't throw up, and my nipples tingled. That was my early symptoms. I had the nausea until the end of the 3rd mo.

The only difference I feel now compared to my first child (feb 27/01) I'm more tired. I felt a little cramping, it was noticable but it didn't hurt. I feel more nauseated, but same as my first I don't have moring sickness.

I didn't find out with my first until I was already 3 months...and now this is my second I found out very early on (I'm 9 weeks).

I was almost 28 when I had my son and motherhood just kicked in and was a peice of work. I find that alot of younger mom's (teenage mom's) don't have that sense of motherhod...they are not mature, they haven't yet dealt with the "adult" life. Parenting is common sense!!!

Congrats! and Good Luck!!!

With all three of my pregnancies I have had morning sickeness at night. With my first we were trying so I was testing every other day and knew really early. With my last and current pregnancy, I took a test because I had random bouts of nausea at night. 2 nights ago, out of no where, I felt sick to my stomach and ran to the toilet. When I didn't throw up and felt fine in a matter of seconds I knew I was preggo!

when i first found out that i was pregnant i was 2 months also. i thought something was going on because i did not have my period. this was a sure sign to me to take a test. i also remember having to go to the bathroom an awful lot. it was terrible how much i was going. i was not sick until my third month. this is when i was vomiting just about everyday. it was horrible i could barely even walk or leave the bathroom because it was such a constant thing. now my daughter is 7 1/2 months old and the most beautiful thing. all the sickness and pain was worth it.

I was almost a month late on my period and it didn't even occur to me that I could be pregnant. I always had a regular cycle. I was really moody all of the time and couldn't explain why. My fiance kept telling me he thought that I was pregnant and I told him that he was silly. Then one day in January I got really ill and had to leave work. I was horribly sick all weekend and just thought that I had the flu. Then that Sunday my fiances mother called and told me she had a dream the night before that I was pregnant. I told her that was nonsense and she showed up at my house 15 minutes later with a First Response. The positive result showed up on the test before I was even done peeing on it! After that I had what I found out was morning sickness for 5-6 weeks straight. I am now 16 weeks and 3 days pregnant with a little boy named Sebastian Gabriel!

I just remember I was really late and then my bras starting to get uncomfortable. My breasts were like rock hard. My heart sank when my boyfriend called his sister who said that was the first symptom of pregnancy. When we went to the doctor I was 37 days pregnant.
But its all good now, I was just scared. Now I'm ecstatic and I cant wait! But funnily enough, I felt no other symptoms except for the breasts things, but after we went to the doctor I felt almost straight away unbelievably exhausted all the time!! Maybe once you know that you are pregnant, in come all the side-effects, :D
