don't mind her... you can't keep track of your friends - your "real' friends for that matter, if you have too many...
the number of friends you each have shouldn't be a matter of contest... it should be about how many MEANINGFUL friendships you have with others... let her multiply her friends, and i'm sure she wouldn't have too many friendships that she can really call as such...
