Which Y!A page are you on? Not all allow you to access your 360 from your profile. Check if you're on the US/UK page or some other country. I am from India and whenever I am on Y!A India, my 360 doesn't show up on my profile page. But, it does when I go to the US site.

Go to public view of my profile and click on the Yahoo 360 link. But first click 'Allow users to see my 360 link' and save it. Or you could just bookmark your 360 page.

I don't know. I can get to mine. Let me check yours...
When you selected your settings, did you allow access for others to your 360? Did you save your avatar in your 360? Did you click the use my 360 avatar box?
Beyond this, I have no idea.
