Yes, for repeated late arrivals. Very naughty I was! But I got it together and set all clocks 10 min fast and it answered my particular problem. If the Boss says it in an apologetic manner, you know he is hoping you correct your behavior, whatever it may be. However if he says it disdainfully, I would begin a job search, he is looking to follow through, first verbal then written, then a final written. Be attentive to his tone and attitude that's your rule. Good luck!

No. I'm an easy solution to problems. If we are short staffed Magpie will work it, inventory this month Magpie will do it. No one else can work evenings Magpie will work it. Have I ever thought of quitting, everytime my kids call me to say goodnight
