It's illegal, though!
If you want to get books for free without infringing copyright law, I suggest that you look up the following:
Project Gutenberg: http://www.gutenberg.org
The Online Books Page: http://onlinebooks.library.upenn.edu/
...and for something more modern, Cory Doctorow has his novels online available for download (free and legal!) on his website at http://www.craphound.com
In the end, it's simpler to reserve a Harry Potter book at your public library (get a card if you don't have one and look up the library website - everything's do-able online!). Free, legal, and relatively hassle-free.

that is illegal but you can get it if you try. But I would suggest that you should reserve a book of Harry Potter in your library.

It is illegal.
Leaving it to your conscience, you can try Limewire or such P2P software.
