HP on Final Fantasy XII?

I have reached level 99 on all of my characters yet their HP levels out around 6000-7000. How do I get it to around 9000 or more?

either equip bubble belts or use the bubble magick... it should make ur hp go upto 9999.

This is one of the areas in the game that disappointed me, you can't max out without the bubble belt/spell. I was also kinda bummed to find the ribbon did not negate the status effects of the ensanguined shield. Gosh darn it, I just wanted an invincible team! But anyway, no real good advice here just the way it is. Great game though.
