of course it is possible,just take a look at George Bush missiles,they are all unguided straight ahead to hospitals and schools~

misguides missiles? Sure, the earlier ones were like that. Sidewinders, and others.

Do you mean like, point and hope? Why would anyone want to miss what they aim at? Look at it this way... guidance systems help prevent collateral death and damage.

They are called rockets. And even some rockets have guidance systems.
