I'm doing an assignment on risk management of a small business. In the event of a gunman entereing a real estate office, pointing a gun at the property officer and only taking $100 in cash in the robbery. Who/What is the asset in this instance? Is it the employee or the $100 or is it both?

The employee is the most valuable asset.. The money is an asset that can be replaced

It could be $100 only because maybe the employee was not worth more than the amount taken and the robber was satisfied with the money itself. But your assignment is quite interesting and hope you do it well inspite the answers we give may not be so helpful to you. All the best!
