My mujm teaches a piano business from home and we got a donation box for the RSPCA because of the paws for a cause promotion. So far none of her piano students have put in any money. I want to print out a sign and stick it abover the box telling people why they should donate to the RSpca and why it's such a good cause. I not good with words so i want someone to type up a paragraph for me. Thanks!

I would go with very few words, but maybe put a photo of a cat or a dog on the box. And then just a single, simple phrase, like:

Your donation helps feed me.
Donate to the RSPCA.

or

Your donation helps save my life.
Donate to the RSPCA.

or something like that.

Keep it to few words!

Oh, and if the box is clear, put a dollar or two in there yourself to get things going. I think more people are apt to donate if they see that others have. I don't know why! But I think that is true.

Help a homeless animal today and
join RSPCA in the fight to end animal cruelty.
RSPCA wants you on our side
YOU can directly impact the lives of needy animals.
Please donate. Any amount will help.

Or:

Help us come one step closer to our crucial goals: putting an end to animal cruelty and finding permanent, loving homes for adoptable pets. Dontate to RSPCA now. Every donation counts. Our needy animals are counting on you.

(those are from RSPCA websites)

Good on you guys for getting the donation box.
I would ring the RSPCA as they have lots of advertising material for this sort of thing. We have one of their collection boxes and poster up at our vet surgery.
