When the day started at midnight, I was providing personal care for a very nice lady. Three hours later, I was providing personal care to a lot more lovely elderly people (by the way the birds started singing at 2.13 this morning). By 6 am, I had done a bit more personal caring and went on to do even more care of a personal nature until an hour ago. Now I'm waiting for the painkillers to kick in so I can go to the town and do some shopping of a personal nature.
Sunderland's oldest department store, Joplings, is closing down and I want to max my card out while I still can.

Not to bad really. Everything has gone clockwork as usual. However as normal my colleauge always opens the window next to me, because she gets to hot!! She couild live in the north pole and still be bloody hot!!
